To find a product to upload, simply go to a good third-party e-commerce website, after you have done your market research of course. The point of market research is to direct you to trendy products that have small shelf lives. The shelf life of an item is the number of days it spends in your store before it sells.
Trendy, hot-selling products sell relatively fast without staying too long in your eBay store. A terrible product will have a longer shelf life meaning it will take a lot longer before they sell. These items wind up taking up space in your seller account and this is especially a big deal if you are a newcomer on eBay with a small seller limit. In summary, thorough market research is needed before choosing a product to sell.
After you have chosen the item you want to upload, simply go to the KalDrop icon that will automatically appear on the top right corner of your screen when you are on a supported third-party website like AliExpress, DHgate, CJdropshipping, Banggood, and so on. The KalDrop icon is a distinct yellow icon and once you click on it, it will give you the option to list the item on your eBay store.
Once you do that, you just have to wait for a few seconds and the item will be listed in your store.
Before the final process of uploading, you will be prompted to go over the details of the product. So, if you want to change anything, maybe remove a few pictures, add a few descriptions, etc., you can do all that before you finally click upload.
You can also choose a template from the multitude of listing templates available on KalDrop. These templates arrange the layout of your listings depending on the design of the template. Listing in bulk on KalDrop is an equally easy task. Just as you would normally upload items (as explained above) all you need to do is to pick the items you want to list from your supplier then click upload. How you do that is by clicking the bulk list button on the KalDrop icon.
Once you do that, you will be notified that your item has been successfully added to your bull list. You will now go to the KalDrop chrome extension on your browser and click “Bulk”. You will see all the products you have added to your bulk list in this area. You can now decide to list them all by clicking “List All”. In a few seconds, or minutes depending on the number of items on your bulk list, all the products will be successfully uploaded.
HOW TO ADD FIXED ITEM SPECIFICS
Adding fixed items specifics is a way to personalize your listing by adding additional information to your listings. To do that on KalDrop, go to the chrome extension and click “Fixed Item Specifics”. Then proceed to add any information you would like to appear on your listing.
There is another feature on KalDrop that allows you to copy item specifics from your competitors on eBay. First go to the item of your competitor, scroll down, and you will see the button “Copy Item Specifics”.
Click on it. Then go to your listing of the same item and click “Paste Item Specifics”. The information on your competitor’s listing will be pasted on yours automatically.

KalDrop protects you from listing VeRO items by alerting you on the status of the item even before you list it. Giving you solid protection from any form of violation. KalDrop indicates the status of an item with color codes. The KalDrop has three distinct color codes – orange, green, and red.
Orange means you have already listed the item so there isn’t any need to list it again. Unless you want to of course.
Green means you haven’t listed the item and it is all good to go – that is it is not a VeRO item.
Red, however, means the item is a VeRO item and you should not list such an item.

Adding items to your item folder using the Manual Scanner
You can add items to a folder anytime you use the category research, competitor research or product research tools. Here’s how:

After doing a search, you should have a list of products.
Look for the Box with green check mark, Black box and Red box buttons to the side of any product. A green button means that ZIK Analytics has a 99% matching item found on Amazon, where a Black box represents a similar product and a red button means ZIK Analytics is unable to find it and you’ll need to search manually.
2. Click on the Box button next to the item you wish to save
If you click on a Box with a green checkmark button, a popup will appear showing the item on Amazon and on eBay like the one below:
However, if you click on a red box button, a popup will appear like the one below instead, as ZIK Analytics was unable to locate the item on Amazon automatically. For these items, you’ll need to manually locate the ASIN and then click “Reload” under the Reload ASIN box. To locate the ASIN, you can search for the product image or part of the product description in Google.
3. Select the folder you want to save your items to and click “Save”
Your items will now be ready in your folder, ready to be exported for your KalDrop account by using CSV file export.
4. Next step is going to My Products, which can be found on the
dashboard.

Clicking on the export button a menu will show up where you can choose if you’d like to exclude vero brand or restricted keywords and hit Export Folder button.
Once you’ve completed these steps you will see that a CSV file has been exported.

6. Login to your KalDrop account and upload your CSV file.
