Go to the Quick Settings menu on the left side of the dashboard and check the following:
This percentage determines how profit margins are calculated throughout ZIK Analytics.
Once you’ve adjusted these settings, click Apply Changes.

When you use the Item Finder, you’ll see different match indicators:
✅ Pro Tip: A red box doesn’t always mean failure — sometimes it signals that your competitor is using a hidden supplier, which can mean higher margins and less competition.
Goal: Scan and analyze real eBay listings for sourcing opportunities.
Open Competitor Research in ZIK, copy an eBay seller’s ID from their “About” section, and paste it into the tool.
After adding the competitor, click on a product with the Item Finder icon (a small box with a supplier logo).
If you see a ✅ green check mark, that means ZIK found the exact Amazon match.
You’ll see:
To maximize profit, compare pricing with other suppliers by clicking tabs for Walmart, AliExpress, or CJdropshipping.
✅ Tip: Always compare across suppliers to find the best price and highest profit margin before listing.
Goal: Manage cases where the Item Finder doesn’t locate an exact match.
If the Item Finder returns a similar match, review product details — sometimes these can still be profitable alternatives.
If it shows no match (red box):
Alternatively, use Google Lens for a visual search — upload the product image and type Amazon in the search bar to narrow the results.

When you find a product you’d like to save:
All your saved folders appear under My Products.
From there, you can:
