Item Finder Tutorial (Walmart Sourcing)
Goal: Learn how to use ZIK Analytics’ Item Finder Tool with Walmart as your supplier to find, match, and source profitable products from eBay — fast and accurately.
This tutorial explains how to set up the Item Finder, understand match types, analyze product profitability, handle unmatched results, and export products directly to your automation software.
✅ Insight: The Item Finder is one of the most efficient tools in ZIK — it automates sourcing by cross-referencing eBay listings with Walmart products, helping you save hours of manual work while increasing profit potential.
Goal: Configure the tool for accurate product matching and profit calculations.
Go to the Quick Settings on the left side of your ZIK dashboard and make sure the following are set:
Once everything is set, click Apply Changes.
✅ Tip: Your break-even percentage accounts for selling fees and affects all profit and ROI calculations — set it correctly before you start analyzing products.

When using the Item Finder, you’ll see three result types:
✅ Pro Tip: A red box can be a hidden opportunity! It often means the competitor uses a private or less popular supplier, which usually means less competition and better margins.
Goal: Use real-world data to analyze competitor products and find sourcing options.
Open Competitor Research inside ZIK.
Copy an eBay seller’s ID from their About Section and paste it into the tool.
After adding the competitor, click any product showing the Item Finder icon (a small box with the Walmart logo).
If a ✅ green check mark appears, ZIK located the exact match on Walmart.
You’ll instantly see:
Before listing, always compare with other suppliers.
Switch to the Amazon, AliExpress, or CJdropshipping tabs to find potentially cheaper sourcing options.
✅ Tip: Comparing supplier prices helps you increase your ROI and stay competitive in your pricing strategy.
Goal: Know what to do when a product isn’t an exact match.
If the Item Finder returns a similar match, review the product details carefully — if the quality and specs are comparable, it’s usually safe to list.
If no match is found (red box):
You can also use Google Lens to search by image — simply upload the eBay product photo and type Walmart in the search bar to refine your search.

Goal: Organize your sourced products efficiently.
When you find a promising product:
All saved folders appear under My Products.
From there, you can:
