1. Quick Settings
These should always be set before doing product research.
- Marketplace:
Choose the eBay site you sell on (e.g., ebay.com, ebay.co.uk, etc.).
- Shipping Location:
Select the country you ship from.
- Amazon.com / Walmart.com → United States
- Amazon.co.uk → United Kingdom
- AliExpress → China
- Source Website:
Pick your supplier — Amazon, AliExpress, or Walmart.
This ensures ZIK prioritizes the right data and matches from your chosen supplier.
- Breakeven Calculation:
Set your breakeven percentage to cover eBay fees, taxes, and conversion costs.
Typical range: 14%–18% (use 16% as a baseline).
Click Apply Changes once done.
2. Advanced Settings
Click Looking for Advanced Settings for more control.
- My Account Settings: Update personal info, change passwords, or enter referral email.
- Product Research: Preset your marketplace, shipping location, and sales date range for faster searches.
- Store Analytics: Customize your eBay store display, set marketplace and currency, and add your store ID (no eBay connection needed).
- Competitor Research: Save your preferred marketplace, location, and currency for consistent competitor tracking.
- Integrations: Connect tools like AutoDS to send products directly to automation software.
- Source Website Tab: Reconfirm your supplier and breakeven percentage here as well.
