Exporting Products as CSV Files Tutorial

Goal: Learn how to export your saved products from ZIK Analytics as a CSV file — perfect for uploading to any eBay automation software not directly integrated with ZIK, or for manual listing.

✅ Insight: Exporting your folders as CSV files gives you full flexibility to move your product data between platforms, keeping your listings organized and safe.

1. Accessing Your Saved Products

‍

Go to the My Products section in your ZIK dashboard.

‍
You’ll see two separate tabs:

‍

• Amazon & Walmart Products
  ‍
• AliExpress Products
  ‍

Make sure you’re on the correct tab for the supplier your products came from.

‍
Then, select the folder containing the items you want to export.

‍

2. Choosing What to Export
‍

You have two export options:

‍

• Export All Items:
  ‍
  Downloads a CSV file of every product inside the selected folder.
  ‍
• Export Selected Items:
  ‍
  Check the boxes next to specific products you want, then click Export Selected Items to only include those in your CSV.

3. Running a Safety Check

‍

Before downloading, ZIK will prompt you with two important safety filters:

‍

• ✅ Exclude Vero Brands
  ‍
• ✅ Exclude Restricted Keywords
  ‍

Make sure both are checked — this helps prevent adding high-risk or banned items to your eBay store.

‍

4. Exporting the File

‍

Click Export to CSV.

‍
ZIK will generate and download your CSV file automatically.

‍

You can now:

‍

• Upload it into any eBay automation software, or
  ‍
• Use it to manually list products in your eBay store.
