This Privacy Policy explains how N.G.C.A. Technology Enterprises LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the eBay Sold History Button Chrome Extension (the “Extension”) and any related services we provide (together, the “Service”). Our company address is 1 Aprilou, 8 ARISTO CENTRE, BLOCK B, Floor B, Office 204, 8100, Paphos, Cyprus.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use the Extension.

1) What this policy covers

This policy covers information processed through:

  • the Extension, and
  • the Service features that require communication with our servers (for example: account access and syncing saved items like watchlists).

It does not cover third-party websites/services (such as eBay) that you may access while using the Extension; those are governed by their own policies.

2) Information we collect

Depending on which features you use, we may collect the following:

A) Account information

  • Email address (used to create or identify your account, provide login/access, and support).

B) Saved items / user content

If you use syncing or cloud features, we may collect and store content you choose to save, such as:

  • product watchlists,
  • competitor watchlists,
  • related identifiers/metadata needed to save and display those lists.

C) Technical and usage information (service operation & security)

When you interact with our servers, we may receive standard technical data such as:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP (country/region),
  • timestamps of requests,
  • device/browser/extension version,
  • error logs and diagnostic data.

This data is used for reliability, debugging, and security (e.g., preventing abuse).

D) Support communications

If you contact support, we will process the information you send us (for example: email address, message content, and any attachments).

3) How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide core functionality of the Extension and any server-backed features (account access, syncing, saved lists),
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service,
  • secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms,
  • respond to support requests and user communications.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK – GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases for processing are typically:

  • Contract / performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request),
  • Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving reliability),
  • Consent (only where required; e.g., optional communications if you opt in),
  • Legal obligation (where we must comply with law).

5) How we share information

We may share information only as follows:

A) Service providers (“processors”)

We may use trusted vendors to host infrastructure, deliver emails, provide support tooling, or monitor reliability. They may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

B) Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security (including investigating fraud/abuse).

C) Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6) Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above:

  • Account data (email): retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to handle support, legal, or security needs.
  • Saved items/watchlists: retained until you delete them or close your account (subject to backup/technical deletion timelines).
  • Logs/diagnostics: retained for a limited period as necessary for security and troubleshooting.

To request deletion of your account or data, contact us (see Section 10).

7) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep things boring (in the good way).

8) International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our service providers operate). When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you,
  • correct or update it,
  • delete it,
  • object to or restrict certain processing,
  • request portability where applicable,
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

To exercise rights, contact us (Section 10). If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
