I believe there was a problem with the interface when looking at the billing during a free trial so I was unable to cancel. I reached out but was worried about direct debit just rolling over. I haven't received as helpful and as prompt customer support from any software or app than I got from ZIK — specifically Princess who handled my ticket. It was a relief to know it was taken care of.
I can't talk much about the website itself as I did not use it as much but their customer service? Top notch! I was originally assisted by Mary and she was a star! Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with customer service. So good it made me start thinking about looking into jobs like this.
